What is held, and where
In your browser: Your plan — every year of it — your theme choice, and, if you signed in, a session token and your email address.
On our server, only if you sign in: Your email address, login codes until they expire, your session, whether you are subscribed, and — if you connected a Drive — an encrypted token letting the app write to that Drive’s app-private area. Never the plan itself.
In your Google Drive, only if you turn syncing on: One JSON file per year you have planned, in the app-private area described above. Yours to delete, and yours to cut off at any time.
Never anywhere: Bank credentials, card details, transaction feeds, your browsing behaviour, or any data sold or shared with a third party.
Who you are dealing with
Finance Planner, established in Switzerland. Effective 21 August 2026. Anything privacy-related reaches a person at [email protected].
Your plan is written to your own browser, and — if you turn syncing on — to a private corner of your own Google Drive. It never reaches our servers, in transit or at rest. There is nothing for us to lose, sell or hand over.
The planner itself needs JavaScript: every figure on screen is calculated in your browser.
